How the economics work.
How does cost work — is it credits?
No. Pricing is in USD, per operation. There are no credits and no opaque conversion rates. Every batch operation shows a cost preview before dispatch; you confirm before anything runs.
What is BYOK and when does it make sense?
BYOK lets agencies with existing AI provider agreements route AI calls through their own API keys at their negotiated rates. The pipeline runs identically — same methodology, same templates, same scoring. It makes sense when you already hold provider contracts.
What happens if an operation fails?
The cost is returned automatically. Rejected content-refresh outputs refund a partial amount. Abort a batch mid-run and the unused portion returns to your balance. The contract runs both ways.
Can I upgrade or downgrade any time?
Yes. Plans cover a monthly USD allowance and can be changed at any time. Top-ups are available whenever you need them — $10, $25, $50, or $100 packages, or a custom amount between $10 and $1,000.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe for cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. The full transaction ledger records every operation in USD, and every transaction is exportable to CSV.
Is Ahrefs included?
Ahrefs connects via bring-your-own-key on the Agency tier if you already have an account. BYOK cost tracking and the transaction ledger reflect your actual provider costs.
How is Managed Services billed?
Managed service is billed per site, per month — Managed Lite and Managed Pro. IGNY8's team handles configuration, pipeline execution, monitoring, and reporting; the agency focuses on client relationships and strategic decisions.
